Seth Earley is the founder and senior consultant for Earley & Associates, Inc. He has performed taxonomy and metadata standards development for DAM and CM projects for a wide variety of organizations including Fidelity Investments, Progress Software, the Internal Revenue Service, Abbott Laboratories, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Plymouth Rock Insurance, Gartner Group and others. He is co-author of “Practical Knowledge Management” which focuses on taxonomy as basis for knowledge processes. Magan has been involved with DAM for 10 years. He started as a project manager for what were then breakthrough projects of online asset management at Getty and Boeing, as well as other Fortune 1000 companies. He has also worked with universities in the US and Europe on remote learning-, archive-, and research-related applications. In his current role as senior principal for media and entertainment at Infosys, Magan advises companies about achieving the vision he calls the Digital Media Enterprise.
